P/OS Pearls/Organic Substances

Contents of the course

The one week Pearls/Organic Substances Programme provides all aspects of pearls, natural and cultured, and other organic substances, such as amber, coral, ivory and horn. Their compositions, natural origins, artificial treatments, detection of imitations and correct nomenclature are also covered.

The Pearls/Organic Substance Programme ends with the final exam on the last day.
